SO far, I've used The Flower Boutique 3 times in the past 4 months and they've been dependable. I know they are a small "Mom & Pop" shop, which is why I choose them from all of the others. They don't always answer the phone or return calls, but Edwin has delivered. I like their special touch of taking a photo of the finished arrangement as it's delivered, which helps ease my mind. Now, Edwin's number is in my phone book. I will continue to use them, but ask that they communicate with their customers more. I'm old school and need to know that someone received a text or message of my request.
